Jennifer A. Richmond is a licensed long-term care administrator and healthcare executive with more than 20 years of experience in the ownership, operation, and leadership of skilled nursing, behavioral health, and memory care facilities. She currently serves as Owner, Operator, and Chief Executive Officer of Fairfax Behavioral Health and Memory Care Community, a licensed long-term care and behavioral health provider in Fairfax, Oklahoma.
Licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Examiners for Long-Term Care Administrators, Mrs. Richmond has built her career through progressive leadership roles spanning certified nursing assistant services, medication administration, admissions, and executive facility management. She brings extensive experience in overseeing clinical operations, staff development, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) programs within Medicare-certified facilities nationwide.
Ms. Richmond holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Spanish from Northwestern Oklahoma State University and completed formal administrator training through Administrators University. She maintains a strong working knowledge of federal and state regulatory frameworks, including CMS Conditions of Participation, Oklahoma State Department of Health requirements, and behavioral health licensing standards.
As an owner-operator, Mrs. Richmond is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, financial stability, and the delivery of high-quality care. She is deeply committed to serving clinically complex residents, with a particular focus on advancing mental and behavioral health services within the long-term care setting. Alongside her team, she is helping pioneer innovative approaches to integrating behavioral health into long-term care across Oklahoma.
